The 5x5 Communications Network is a website that allows you to socialize with Internet friends. Initially the site will offer multi-player games and live chat. Our first game is dominoes. We offer both a Puerto Rican / Cuban version (competitive dominoes) as well as an American version (five-up dominoes). Unlike other game sites, our game board is designed for the competitive player. We have a large following among Caribbean, Central American and South American Internet users.

We will also add other programs that you can use directly in your browser. These services will be designed to allow you to share and publish your ideas, writings, and other creative art forms. We will design our services based on your needs, so please feel free to provide suggestions for features you would like to see.

Our goal is to provide an alternative to television entertainment. We want a community that encourages you to contribute and participate rather than one that allows you to sit passively and not participate. Our services are provided as Java and Javascript programs so that they can run on a variety of computers without downloading special programs. You should be using a browser that has both of these features enabled. Unfortunately this means that WebTV users will not be able to run our programs or play our games.
